1. Services

Velora Property Care provides professional cleaning services including Airbnb turnover cleaning, end-of-lease bond cleaning, and commercial cleaning across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and cancellations

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from us. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled clean may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Access and safety

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time. Our staff reserve the right to refuse or cease work if conditions are deemed unsafe or hazardous.

4. Bond-back guarantee

Our bond-back guarantee applies to end-of-lease cleans completed to our standard checklist. Any re-clean requests must be raised within 72 hours of the initial clean with written documentation from the landlord or property manager.

5. Liability

Velora Property Care holds public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the relevant service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed prior to the clean.

6. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in your quote. Invoices are due within the period specified. Late payments may incur fees.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
